Our system of restaurant franchise development is divided into four categories detailed below:
1. Corporate matters including: creation of your franchise company, setting up your accounting system, banking, logo/federal registration, trade name and many others. We walk you through the entire process from start to finish.
2. FTC compliance including: Creation of your Franchise Agreement, the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and insuring that these documents mirror how you want your franchise to operate. Yes, there are legal costs involved for the creation of these documents that you pay directly to the law firm. We work closely with your attorney representing your interests to make sure the agreements are properly constructed for your specific type of restaurant operation, including franchise territories, fees, royalties, and expectations of all parties.
3. Supporting documents and creation of a functional franchise system including: Complete operating systems, franchise operations documents, web site development, employee manuals and documentation, recipes, resource materials for your franchisees, new store opening documents, discovery day agenda for prospective franchisees, complete franchisee training materials and more. You’ve probably heard that a franchise operations manual is 300+ pages in length. Our proprietary system of creating your franchise system substantially eliminates this overwhelming manual with a more efficient and user-friendly way of efficient document management.
4. Launch of your franchise opportunity: Once everything is done, it’s time to go live! This includes media releases to television, radio and printed publications and ongoing support of your franchise.
