Kevin Moll, President
Kevin is an accomplished hospitality executive with 39 years of industry seasoning. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and is the first point of contact for new clients. He is a confidant for restaurant owners and hospitality operators worldwide and an acknowledged expert in all aspects of the foodservice business. Widely regarded as an industry authority on all types of restaurant and foodservice related matters, he is frequently called upon by leading media for his insights - including being featured on ABC News, “Nightline.” Author of two books and contributing writer for many trade publications, he has been a multi-unit restaurant owner/operator, directed the foodservice on the 1984 World’s Fair Site - orchestrating meal functions for up to 5,000 people, and founder of the global brand, "Mystery Shoppers." He currently sits on three boards and is an avid traveler, dual-sport motorcyclist and saltwater fisherman. Kevin and his family reside in Denver, Colorado.
Eric Turner, Restaurant Consultant
Eric has more than 30 years in the restaurant industry in over 15 countries. He has been a successful owner, GM, Regional Director of Operations, and Multi Unit Leader for restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and full service hotels and resorts. He has developed top performing teams, and managed in major cities, resorts, mountains, and remote islands. His diverse background includes menu and beverage program design, project management, branding, marketing, FOH and BOH operations, feasibility and site selection, and cutting edge cost control programs. Eric is obsessed with guest experiences, and about translating those experiences into profit. He is passionate about vibe and fostering amazing cultures that motivate through shared purpose. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, music, travel, learning languages, and seeking out unique food and drink.
Jeremy Abbey, CEC, CEPC, CCE, CCA Culinary Consultant

Chef Jeremy has won multiple international medals in culinary competitions including the Culinary World Cup and the 2016 Culinary Olympics. He is quadruple certified by the American Culinary Federation and he brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and skill to the table. A long history of working in all aspects of the culinary field, from fine dining to polished casual, quick serve to pop-ups, his focus for more than 20 years has always been on trend setting menu developments, staff training, system/program development and controlling cost to achieve aggressive margins. Preston Rideout, Liquor and Alcohol Operations Consultant
Preston Rideout is one of America’s leading bar operations experts with 21 years of experience opening, operating and owning bars, nightclubs and restaurants across America, the Bahamas and in Mexico. His expertise is highly regarded among casino executives, distillers, bar owners, architects and nightclub management companies. Steven Kaufman, Restaurant Consultant
Steven has over 25 years of success in owning and opening restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Steve earned a B.S. in Marketing, Finance & a minor in Economics from Syracuse University. From there he decided to pull up his roots in New Jersey and after settling in Vail in 1991, he created the successful sports bar, Altitude Billiards & Sports Club. Shortly thereafter, he created The Tap Room, a highly successful gastro pub through 2013, which was recognized nationally and internationally. His next creation was the Sanctuary Night Club, a cutting edge Ultra Club serving high end bottle service, hosting elite parties and catering banquets. In the fall of 2006, a previously owned Mexican restaurant, which had been closed down, caught his eye. He bought the building and opened a brand new restaurant, Red Mountain Grill. Completely redesigned, he created this new concept then opened it in an unheard of 35 days. Steven celebrated its 10th year anniversary in 2016. As an entrepreneur, he has crafted plans to capitalize on market opportunities with business savvy, quickly and accurately assessing the merits and risks in complex business scenarios. Steven specializes in driving execution and his clients appreciate his expertise earned from many years of successful ownership experience.

Mike Allen, Attorney
Michael K. With over 30 years of experience providing foodservice design and equipment sales to clients throughout the Denver metro area as well as the United States, Bob joined Tundra in 2012 when his company, Superior Commercial Kitchens (1997) was acquired. Bob is a Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP), as recognized by the National Association of Food Service Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM). He has experience with both new construction and remodel projects in various segments of the industry including long-term health care, hospitality, educational facilities, and new restaurant concepts. He is a dedicated design consultant, working with customers during conceptual design and following projects through to opening day. When not in the office or on a jobsite, you can find Bob skiing the beautiful slopes of northern Colorado or deep sea fishing.
